Write a unique biography that no one else can have. Lesson #1 is be authentic! No one can have your origin story, and it will protect you against rip-offs.
2. VISION & VALUES
What’s my dream, and what guides me?
You’re not going anywhere without knowing your true motivations. Forecast your destiny into a powerful vision statement. And write what you do (and don’t value) when it comes to creating.
Who do I help? What do they need?
You must know your audience, they will guide you whenever you’re stuck. We’ll create what’s known as a “market analysis”, looking at the demographics and lifestyle of your 1,000 most true fans.
Who or what stands in my way?
You want to create something for your audience, but are you doing something never done before? We’ll do what’s called a “competitive analysis”, a look at what others are doing for your audience already.
How do I make something never made before?
You must create something no one has created before. You didn’t think you’d get this far to be a poser right? Describe your audience's desires and pains (value proposition) and make something new for them..
How do I describe something completely new?
The is the ride or die moment. You must create a pitch (either a video, website or deck) that includes your Identity, Vision, Vales, Audience and what your Creation is.
How do I get myself out there?
To be a full hustle creator you must be as creative with your Channels as you are with your Creation. You’ll brainstorm your own unique way of using distributors and platforms.
What if they say no? Or yes?
You’re going to have to ask for what you need, but first you have to take your audience on a journey. You’ll make what’s called a “sales funnel” showing what happens at each level of communication.
9. ASSETS & ALLIES
What are my creative ingredients?
Anything truly unique and transformative is gonna be bigger than just you. Your most important assets (tangible & intangible) and team members are gonna make the difference in going full hustle.
What activities matter most? Least?
There’s only so many hours in a day! Prioritizing your most limited resource will keep you out of the ditch and gaining traction when time is scarce. Ranking your goals, objectives, tasks, and activities is key.
What’s the science (and the art) of pricing?
Pricing is both an art and a science. You’ll calculate your fixed and variable costs, research your audience's price floor, and then estimate their price ceiling.
How do I want to relate to the world?
This is the treasure you seek: better relationships. You need a plan on how you want to relate to your audience, allies, and teammates. And this must be congruent with your Identity.
